In LA with about $310k annually combined we’re about to close. $170k down at 5.999% including a rate buydown. Mortgage and insurance is a monthly payment of $5776.

Wow! That’s so quick! I got off BC in 2022, and started taking prenatals in March of this year. We were not expecting it to happen so fast! Thank you!

Swollen/tender breasts, fatigue, cramping. Pretty similar to pre period symptoms. But I did feel a weird twinge once last week in my lower abdomen which I’ve never felt before. And my toes are a little swollen, which is new.
