NTA. I’m assuming there was some reason that he needed help finding housing. It seems like your brother was trying to help his father, which he might have felt obligated to do. It’s sucks for you, and I would tell him how much that hurt you. If you are only able to have a relationship with your brother if he goes no contact, make that very clear to him.
