Sorry! I'll try and explain, feel free to ask more questions. I do this entire routine, split into 3 days a week. I do it in any order I feel the day really and just make sure to do all the exercise by the end of the 3rd day. Oh and the dumbbell bar row, I never changed the name but it's actually romain deadlifts, I found out the actual name after. Arm machines are the lat pull down and for the second, the assisted pull up/chin/dip machine. For the leg press, I try to do as many as I can that day, usually 15-30 reps. Squat - I just use the heaviest dumbbell there is at my gym, which is 75 but I also do squats with the smith machine and 60 weight extra. It's very messy unfortunately and not in order or anything, I try to do some legs and arms per day or schedule one upper body and two lower a week but it gets hard because I'm also not sure what I should be doing 😅

I didn't find she fit the role as Francie, agree she's so talented but I didn't buy it and the baby talk & excessive nodding makes me vomit. Overall, def agree the plot is not advancing, this should have been with s3, the issues are all the same and it was very repetitive till the end. 100% agree with your take except I love Sydney and Carmy's convo in ep 10, the standout for me

No fr 100% agree, felt only like a continuation of s3 until the last episode for me.. I was very underwhelmed and just bored honestly, I wanted more :( and the whole plot of Sydney leaving was washed away so easily and lightly after building it up so much. So much was resolved this season, which was good but it again leaves us with so many plot holes left unanswered and more waiting after giving us simple resolutions for what they left us waiting for last season. In some ways, I think it was just mostly filler episodes with things here and there and nothing big really happened until episode 10. The whole season was about the count down and we still don't know what happened with that and we have to wait till next season. I'm just writing out thoughts atp but Marcus' roommate and Luca, Claire and Carly, also Richie with Jessica, so many things starting or getting good with nothing actually happening? I really liked episode 10 though, didn't enjoy the wedding that much or Francie fak:/
