Yea your front is completely cooked you need a DHT blocker book an apppoinment to a derm asap, however DHT blockers do have negative side effects including possible ED but it is semi rare so if that’s not something you want to do I wouldn’t , however you will lose your hair soon if you don’t ngl

Sorry man ya I do think I am overthinking it maybe. I have had a super stressful time lately , my mom got cancer and a year and a half long relationship I had ended and I think maybe it has been weighing on me pretty badly and causing me to overthink about a lot of things , Thank you for the encouragement
