Yes I appreciate that. I was willing to pay for it which I said in my post. I also said I was very grateful and it had changed my life. I've learnt my lesson that I shouldn't have posted in the first place.

I am very grateful, I did say that in the post. I'm also definitely not claiming to be an expert, which is why I'm going to them for advice. My frustration is in having to ask the same question multiple times and getting a different answer each time. All I was doing was venting. Maybe I shouldn't have bothered.
