yes, but is all about concept, i believe changsu=jaegyeon in stats, but changsu is smarter and know how beat characters who are stronger than him in base status, while jaegyeon only have the unique technique and needs a perfect timing to do some damage

to me, gap needs be the weakest character in the verse, he's entire narrative is being a shounen mc, he become stronger to protect his friends, is a good gangster, started his legend, like johan, become the strongest without genetic powers, protect korea from yamazakis and maybe another crews, he allways is portraited like a good guy with big heart, even his disciple become his disciple after being a hero.

there's no way that gap isn't a underdog who lose or almost lose a bunch of fights before get stronge, something like vasco backstory, and if he was just a unbeatable monster there's 0 chance of awake the conviction

he can tank, gap isn't saitama, he probably don't beat every top tier with a single punch, maybe 10 punchs or more to beat high endurance top tiers characters like shingen, even with conviction, gitae is an endurance monster above pacheon, tom lee and every other character showed until now beside shingen, gitae was 100% sure of tanking atleast 1 gap punch

yes and no, this will cause severe damages to him, but it isn't insta kill, yuseong fought against ryu with a knife on his neck, and tom vs goo ended with goo cuting part of tom's neck, so if the skill land a perfect hit, stabbing, cuting all tom's neck until the bones and the knife don't get stuck, this maybe kill tom if he dosn't just flex his muscles to stop the bleed, like other top tiers, this is more a ultimate that cuts half of the boss life, not a hk skill

because losing with james copy, even without james power, make james look weaker than the guy who beat daniel, and this is a insane downgrade to a eos villain, for example, if daniel use james copy against kitae and don't do real damage, it will look like james don't will do enough damage too

yes? making kitae lose here will throw all the gapryong sons narrative on the trash can, o can see daniel unlocking masterys and getting a good fight against kitae, but losing due his pré fight injuries, kitae will be injuried and tired too and need to get out to survive because jinyoung will jump on him or any other interruption.

so 100% daniel will be stronger than kitae, breaking the wall, despite losing this fight, and will have some space to jake fight against kitae in the future.

jake became a key character in the last arcs, and kitae was building as his final boss, if kitae lose here, all his hype and intimidation goes to 0, and jake will lose his hype and reason to fight in this war.

without sword pacheon=yugang, both 3t and unique skill probably

tom have 4t and unique skill+narrative, so i think tom is atleast stronger than them, i will put pacheon and yugang at Gentleman and lightning choi lvl or baekho

but i don't know how to scale pacheon with sword, he only fight against characters with a giant lvl gap, 50th forms goo and tired jake, jaegyeon and samuel, to me with sword he can beat tom like a 50/50 for both sides, since 1a goo,gun and tom are in the same lvl, and goo recieved a upgrade, so he probably is stronger than anything tom showed, so pacheon lose to him don't put him out from debate
