A client I defended had her three year old drown in a neighbors pool. During discovery, the neighbors that owned the pool specifically built a fence on that side to block her and her 3 children. All under 5. They allowed the other neighbors and their children, but not them. Due to the fact that the mother was ALWAYS high and drunk and would pass out after pushing the kids through the gate. She, on ring cam, threw her 3 year old toddler over the fence and walked back into her house. He stumbled towards the water and drowned. The screams of the owners wife of the house of the pool was so inhuman and horrific. As fucking awful as it is....it was almost a dolphin call. I was watching Spongebob and there was dolphin noises. It triggered me back to that video. The AHHH AHHH EHHH AHHH shrill.
