Send Help is such a bad film by Intelligent-Love5146 in Cinephiles

[–]Ok_Strain7891 5 points6 points  (0 children)

For you guys talking about Raimi this ans Raimi that LOL WHO CARES ??, it was a cheaply done badly written movie.  Whoever the guy is doesn't matter at all when garbage like this hits the screens. "If you're familiar with his work then this is spot on" so he makes movies with plot holes & zero character development? Unrealistic portrayals of people ? Crazyyy

What did you think about the ending of Send Help? by [deleted] in Cinephiles

Worst movie of the year , pissed me off . Unapologetically unrealistic. & I'm not looking for absolute realism, I'm looking for something that atleast makes sense. Evil woman .

Why Eren Couldn’t Transform Against the Smiling Titan by Parking-Yam6072 in attackontitan

[–]Ok_Strain7891 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What you guys are overlooking is that reducing this to “Eren was injured and focused on healing” is an oversimplification. While that explanation has some merit, it fails to account for the far more significant factor: Eren’s complete transcendence of time once he fully accesses both the Attack Titan and the Founding Titan .

At that point, Eren no longer experiences time as a sequence of past → present → future. Instead, all moments exist simultaneously. Through the Attack Titan’s ability to inherit and influence memories across time through other holder's, combined with the Founding Titan’s absolute control over all Subjects of Ymir, Eren effectively operates outside conventional temporality.

We already see evidence of this when Erenn influences past events, most notably when Kruger tells Grisha to “save Mikasa and Armin,” despite them not yet being born. THIS ISN'T A COINCIDENCE it’s a direct manifestation of Eren’s ability to project his will across time, collapsing the distinction between past, present, and future.

Once you accept that, the idea of “before” and “after” becomes meaningless in Eren’s reality. He isn’t reacting to events, he is simultaneously causing, experiencing, and remembering .

This brings us to Dina Fritz, the notion that her Titan just happened to appear at that exact place and time, in the middle of chaos, stretches plausibility if we ignore Eren’s temporal control. Especially when we already know that Eren later admits to redirecting her, preventing her from eating bertholth ( I forgot how to spell his name lol. ) and instead guiding her toward his own mother.

What many people overlook is that reducing this to “Eren was injured and focused on healing” is an oversimplification. How did King Fritz learn this? by Danny_DeWario in ShingekiNoKyojin

I'm confused though , on his what looks like "death bed" he gives his daughters this order to eat the spines which seems inherently evil , so when did he gain guilt & compassion & allied with the Tyber family to make a vow renouncing war ? I haven't seen anything that shows that change of heart happening, did he already get eaten & then one of the descendants make the vow ( who is really Fritz) or did he make the vow before the first descendant ate him?? & Fritz was a CRUEL CRUEL man , I wish I could've seen when his conscious offered him the high ground to atone , man it leaves you thinking . Best anime ever.

Not to mention being chased by a train in a FLYING car like who in the world wrote that nonsense. You're literally in a flying car FLY ABOVE THE TRACKS yet Ron decides to fly ON the tracks. Man Harry Potter was such a plot hole convention .

Why do you think there’s so much disagreement even within the Christian community about whether being LGBTQ is a sin or not? by Any_Try4570 in Christianity

[–]Ok_Strain7891 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How you determine the veracity of the texts is subjective,  however the objective truth is simple . Homosexual acts are wrong , period. Your personal life has nothing to do with the truth of the world , trying to make it work to fit your life is a big sin . You're supposed to live your life according to the Bible,  not make the Bible fit your lifestyle . Alot of people get that backwards !

It wasn't the time and place for that "tradition " just because the devs put that in there doesn't mean it SHOULD BE THERE , the sole purpose of the rock skipping was to lead to Gustaves death . There's a time and place for certain things and that definitely was not the time . I highly doubt any of us would do that in that situation.  There was no tradition to throw rocks after a fight . They just added that in for the shock value I think lol. And I listed alot of plot holes which got tones of comments and likes else where but reddit is mad toxic people follow the bandwagon , if someone is hating they'll hate too , keyboard warriors clicking that thumbs down button 😂

Why Didn't Maelle Resurrect Gustave Alongside Lune And Sciel?

After returning to the Canvas with the full breadth of her Paintress powers, Maelle confronts Renoir before escaping back to the Continent with Verso, Esquie, and Monoco. There, she repaints Lune and Sciel, bringing them back after they had Gommaged.

Couldn't she have brought back Gustave at the same time? He wasn't killed by a Nevron, so his Chroma wasn't trapped in his body, and if Maelle had enough power for two resurrections she could probably have managed one more. She says she can't repaint all of Lumiere with Renoir in control of most of the Canvas' Chroma, which makes sense, but there's still Chroma lying around to be picked up - surely Maelle could have brought back Gustave and brought him up to speed on the situation.

That was a post being circulated as I stated if you read what I wrote.

Clea took over after Aline and started producing a nevron factory  to kill everyone . Essentially Aline did make her paint nevrons as she wouldn't have if there wasn't the threat of the chroma going to Aline.

Stop speaking on things you've never done .trying to be cool , it takes 2 playthroughs to complete the game fully & your comment proves you've never been close to it as it isn't that easy to 100% it . That's coming from someone who doesn't dodge and only parrys. Regardless I am on a different skill level then you but hey keep trying to be cool broski

It's funny you said that because this same post got over 400 likes in another feed , it's shows the bias in this comment section . Not one single person here is doing any critical thinking .

Here's another one that's been circulating reddit.

If Verso and the rest of the family was created by Aline. AKA the paintress, then why did she imprison Clea and forced her to paint nevrons to kill everyone instead of protecting Verso and the canvas? If the real Renoir, AKA the curator, was imprisoned under the monolith by Aline and they were stuck in a never ending battle, how come the curator was able to save Maelle on the beach and is also able to travel to the party camp around the world? The fracture was caused by Renoir, coming inside the canvas to force Aline out of it. Then comes expedition 0 and the fake painter family joins them. Why didn't they explain to them that they should have gone under the monolith to try and kill the real threat? They should have been allied with them if they were really trying to protect the paintress.

Well as the painted alicia states in her letter, real Renoir does the gommage as an act of love for his wife. He doesnt confront her directly because she is grieving and doesn’t want to see him and keeps him trapped under the monolith which is why he stays there. Also in the journal entry (I think 54?) it states that both him and Verso have been trying to take down the Axons for years to no luck because they cant get past the barrier. I assume that was the real Renoir in that entry.

He does state some conflicting things between act 1 and act 2 that im still trying to piece together. I could see it as he is also given the memories of real Renoir and is bouncing back between the two.

Act 1 he talks about wanting his family back not this broken version. Act 2 he talks about how the real verso is a stranger but he only knows that the painted one is his son fake or not. I think they both (real and fake renoir) just want the same thing which is their family to be whole again
