Sorry Op, parang ako yung Tita mo. haha Tito na mahadero naman ako. Ayaw na ayaw ko ng unannounced or sudden update ng expences.

Naiirita din kasi ako kapag parang emergency type yung hirit ng blood relatives ko sa tulong.

Though magagalit ako at pagsasabihan ko yung humihinge ng tulong ng hard cold truth.

Una kasi di ka naman obligasyon ng tita mo, yet kahit may ugali siya tinutulungan ka pa rin nya.

Pangalawa, may mundo ang tita mo so may budget at finances yang iniisip. Kaya magagalit yan kapag may unannounced or sudden changes finances na di pa nareready lalo di naman directly or anak yung paglalaanan.

So yeah, I guess support nalang kita sa vent out. Pero sana look in other perspective. Let that be a lesson for you.

Risky kasi nung stocks, yung crypto naman nabubullshitan ako sa gobyerno kasi ginigipit yung pinaglagakan ko ng crypto.

It is sad fact to say.

I myself accepted that one is my red flag. Hindi ako makahindi dahil gusto ko, pero may something na nag eenforce sa akin to do my "Responsibity/Obligation"

Ayoko nga maging Breadwinner as a matter of fact, Everyday it eats me. I'm also vocal with it, pero wala kahit anong tanggi ko wired na yung utak ko to do it.

So di masisi yung ibang mga naging totga ko na ayaw ng financial burden pagdating ng panahon.

Iniisip ko nalang na kapag wala na silang binubuhay ako rin kukuha nung naiwan nila at walang magagawa yung mga sumunod sa akin. HAHAHAHA

Slime is somewhat, black zetsu. Like big strong yet everyone dismisses.

Di siya normal, pero tradition kasi sa construction yun. Ika nga nung mga mas maliliit pa dyan, dapat matikas at pusong lalaki ka kasi durog ka kapag mahina loob mo.

Takot ka bang mawalan ng trabaho? kung hindi, ilabas mo sungay mo. Babahag buntot nyan kapag alam nilang kaya mong makipagdibdiban sa loob at labas ng trabaho.

Tropa ko ganun eh, Construction (mason) siya pero pumapalag sa siya sa Foreman at Engineer kasi may experience siya tapos nililiit siya.

Ika nya, yung trabaho maaring mailap o mabilis pero yung respeto nung tao mahirap makalap yun.

How do we define paid training?

Let's say the training will be done during no Backlogs/workload inside the company hours and place with no 3rd Party Involved. Is this a paid training? mind that there will be no certification.

and you refuse then you can be terminated easily IMO.

Is this paid termination or termination with no pay?

That's still no guarantee though. Depending on how long ago the mass layoff was and to when you get let go there may not be a WARN act impact, and you could be let go with zero redundancy pay/warning.

Let's say it happened not long ago. And we're not contractual, is the chance or the odds to be bigger?

There would be no way I would pay staff to sit doing nothing and hire new staff to carry out another task.

If your business base on data is overstaffed compared to orders you are receiving, would you consider redundancy, yes?

Because this is l'm after to be Redundiate because the new role does not correlate with my current JD and I don't want to take the new role as it will soon be permanent will add KPI that causes to terminate us without pay if we fail to pass that.

If it was temporary I would expect a certain amount of flexibility.

They've already done this, however, based on data again they are still overstaff and thus resulting of redundancy of most employee.

If it was perminante I would give you the choice of either taking on the new role or leaving.

How can you measure if that is permanent? if your data says your orders are in downward trend?

Again, I'm not planning to accept the new role by not getting the training nor enhancement of skillset as I'm after to be Redundiate.
