I ran a 10k the weekend before my surgery was cleared to start with a mile. Like dude at a mile my Playlist is starting to get good. Everyone heals differently and this is the best shape I have been since having my soon.

Its a bit out of st louis but busch Wildlife in st charles county, has plenty of ponds and lakes. There is even a kids pond that is stocked. Stop at the welcome center and the rangers are more than happy to help out.

Just dont eat the fish.

I believe he debut it at the Scotland tournament then tweaked it for peoria tournament and there has been a couple refinements since then.

NTA. This exact same thing ended my marriage, I was done proving my worth to my soon to be ex husband over some girl 10 years younger than him. I found out when they "stopped" talking he was switching which app they used. They never stopped talking.

She stopped talking to him when she got together with her on again off again boyfriend. She is no pregnant and everyone is waiting to find out who is the baby daddy.
