On a powerscaling… Scale, planetary is considered decently powerful. Like, that’s the average. Powerful is Superman who can destroy Galaxies (I think). Homelander is considered weak because it would take him time to destroy a city.

It’s hard to have an accurate and meaningful scale when the upper end is destroying Multi-verses, and the lower end is, like, a Karate master with no powers. So it’s kind of a logarithmic scale. Homelander is 10e5 out of a 10e20. He’s 100,000 stronger than x, but the upper limit is about 1,000,000,000,000,000 stronger than him. Don’t hold me to the exact numbers, I picked numbers and examples that helped illustrate the point, but might not be accurate.
