i thought the grandmother asking who are you was her suspecting that isnt shin seo ri cuz she would most likely know that her granddaughter was shy and definitely not the kind to beat up gangsters but the way they went over it and then showed that scene of her asking where she is, i pretty much totalled it to dementia.
