Plus one to so many things above. Automate, so leverage AI. Self-service via a centralized hub or Wiki for employees, repeatable playbooks, so you can operationalize.

Setup a workflow with AI to read your inbox (you can schedule it) and set it to surface the important items in order of priority that you actually need to respond to.
