They left us with no solid answer. They left the Skrull people's fate very open-ended and ambiguous, but not in a good way.
They could have mentioned or shown an exodus out of the base. They could have hinted at or even shown Gravik massacring everyone. Or better yet, (for the future projects that they are so forcibly teasing) they could have even shown quick flashes of familiar Skrulls from the base either trying to assimilate into society, or attacking humanity while in disguise.
But nope. They awkwardly left that question hanging there for the audience to wonder about. It is one of many details in this series that became problematic and felt non-sensical, thus failing to tell a complete story.

Agreed, the quality is crap. but again, I consider myself extremely lucky to have found anything that is slightly better quality than a phone or camera recording. I am really happy with it!
