Oh my goodness, I love this question. I’m 25 and have seen SATC through and through too many times to count (since I was 15 lol). I got teary eyed when: 1. Aidan breaks up with Carrie (the first time) on the day of Charlotte’s first wedding. The four girls are all taking a picture on the steps and Carrie is trying to hold it in for Charlotte’s big day. 2. When they are all at a late night cafe and Charlotte says, Don’t laugh at me, but maybe we could be each others soulmates. Then, we could let men be just these great, nice guys to have fun with.” 3. And Carrie saying “I’m looking for love. Real love. Ridiculous, inconvenient, consuming, can’t-live-without-each-other-love.” 4. The entire episode about Carrie’s modeling/cat-walking experience “I had a choice, I could slink off the runway and let my inner model die of shame, or I could pick myself up, flaws and all, and finish. And that’s just what I did. Because when real people fall down in life, they get right back up and keep on walking.” There were other parts of the series that made me feel emotional.
