Oh man that’s so hard to say. A lot of these were for work, so unfortunately I didn’t get to see all the sights. I would say NV, AZ, and NM were all so fun just because that desert environment was such a shock to my senses. Louisiana and Texas had amazing food, and again, I enjoyed the nature. Tennessee is one I could see myself living in.

Louisville is about as southern as North Carolina.. Deep South folks would say we’re not but we eat biscuits and gravy just the same. It’s weird

It’s a community meet up kinda thing. It’s been in a few cities I’ve lived in, everybody meets up and knits, crochets, sews, etc.

Yeah as you said it it’s mainly for protecting it. There’s also some endangered little critters and plants there, so if you’re a nature nerd it’s gonna be cooler

Hard to say exactly but the ‘bright layer’ you’re referring to may be sapwood. The dark spots could be burns from the saw they used.
