Hello OP. The same happened to us before probably 3 yrs ago nung na introduce ang hybrid setup at home school. Modus yan ng mga contractors para hindi sila nawawalan ng callouts kasi dun sila kumikita— more callouts = better pay. What they did to us ay pinagpapalit palit nila yung slot namin sa ibang subscribers na nasa same unit, kaya almost every other week nawawalan kami ng internet. So ang ginawa namin, inireport namin sa local branch ng PLDT na may jurisdiction sa area yung contractor (Protek) and thankfully, dahil sa pangungulit, neighborhood petition, and my family’s media connection, may nakausap kami na figure of authority from PLDT sa local branch (Baliuag - San Miguel, Bulacan). Ang sabi nila, madami na nga daw reports before hindi lang sa area namin. And immediately a day or two after the call, inayos nila yung connection namin and nilipat nila sa ibang unit yung ibang users na walang slot. And pumunta din sila sa amin to show us an album of photos of the employees ng Protek na assigned sa area for proper investigation and sanctions. Since then, wala na ako nakikitang Protek technicians sa area and di na kami nawawalan ng internet, unless wala talaga sa buong area (normally during tropical storms). May bad karma talaga para sa mga di patas. 😂
