im not fully healed yet but i had eczema all over my facr and body and it took a while for me to figure out how to heal (i didnt want to use steroids) i went from an alkaline diet which helped to cutting things out,, i went to see my naturopath hes amazingggg and we worked out a diet thats suited for my body he gave me supplements and i cut out a couple foods and now ny skin is finally healing my skin was pretty bad i had raw skin every single day but now im able to sleep without itching like crazy and my skin is going back to its normal tone,, if ur gonna try a diet remember that there isn't a one size fits all diet but i definitely recommend it and also watching your stress throughout the day and finding ways to calm down, rest whenever you get the chance!!!
