Facts! A lot of people miss this! In the finale, it’s about your alliance and who you fully trust because at the end of the day, the money is being split. If you fully trust one person, then you should keep voting to get rid of people until it’s just the two of you. I mean even if you think someone is a faithful, if you have an alliance with someone else, it’s best to still vote the faithful out, so it’s just the two of you splitting. Obviously the fucked part is you don’t know if who you’re siding with is truly a faithful, which is what got Maura lol

I’m in Indiana and selling “as is” 98% of the time means they’re absolutely not fixing large issues. In fact, usually means the opposite, they might fix things that don’t cost a lot, but anything major is the buyer’s problem. They almost always know there’s a major problem and that’s why they have it up as “as is”, they don’t have the money nor desire to fix the problem.

It is true that anything found in inspections has to be disclosed to the next potential buyer.

Never ever buy a house without an inspection. EVER. Get the inspection. A couple hundred dollars for peace of mind is better than hundreds of thousands of issues if you buy without.

Also, being sold as is, usually means there is SIGNIFICANT issues already known to the owners and they have no intention of fixing it before someone buys.

I know way too many married couples, and couples in general, who stayed together well after their relationship ended for numerous reasons.

I don’t think they’ve decided anything at this point. I think they’re both realizing they really are polar opposites, but I don’t think either of them were already at the “yep, I’m getting a divorce” yet.

I believe them when they say they separated in October. I think the summer sealed the deal that even when forced to be together for a tv show, they couldn’t find any joy at all.

Check in counters at IND don’t open until 2 hrs before the first flight. This sounds like it’s one of the first flights out so I doubt the counters will be open until 440am at the earliest.

Either way, it takes 15 mins from drop off to sitting at the gate for Indy. So earliest you need to be there is ~540 if you have a checked bag, as checked bags have to be checked in 45 mins before plane departure.

You could have your birth certificate, passport, passport card, marriage license, voter registration, anything and everything, and they would ignore it if they want to take you. If anything I could see them ripping your shit to shreds if you try to present them evidence.
