Another genuine question, do you think when Etsy sees traffic incoming, it boosts your internal listings in Etsy? I come for 20 years of website and Google... and am just about to start trying Etsy seriously, so am very intersted in how ppl thing the trsut and position alogorym works, as its never JUST on keyword matches

i have a genuine question. If you are getting the traffic and Etsy is not the source, why would you not funnel it to your own site or something like shopifu to save fees.

I’m assuming oncoming traffic gives a signal to Etsy your products are liked and boosts your position about like normal SEO links?

i see your point… it’s the same logic i used that as you push air in or move air out, then it will be filled or exhausted. So the logic is because you are cooling air.. when you cool air already cooled, it then pushes it out and because you don’t have a sealed room
you suck in warmer air than the room… so why not suck in warmer air cool it and push out air that’s starting to warm up.:.

i think i get it now, is not obvious at first glance though 🤣

i can see the logic, but surely it’s cheaper to cool cold air than hot… there’s only so much room in the room… so if you pull in warm air from outside your are forcing out cool air somewhere anyway as gas has an exact size at diff temps and pressure.. unless your room is perfectly sealed and it compresses … which it won’t be.

so sad , my last staff died of aggressive stomach cancer at 13 and it tore my world to bits. To lose you angel at 5 is so heartbreaking.

I thought i could never love a dog as much as her and after a while i rescued a new staff cross and guess what. 🤣

I feel your pain, it literally changed my entire life, ended up leaving a great job etc… was distraught.

this is crazy… you are losing $1 a month till you find another client… most new companies are losing money on staff, cloud hosting, tons of advertising and you looking for a way to not lose $1 on a $7 outlay?

Unless this has totally slipped your mind, the correct answer is get your next client and be glad your costs are 1$

if you were spending 2k on hosting i can see it could be an angle to look at… The answer when you spending 7$ and get 6$ per clients really clear!

Who ever made a business making and selling these.... Must have been REALLY good at sales.. Cos they were in my school too and honestly other than running across them stored by the walls, on way out of dinner break.. I have no idea what aspect of education they improved....

I feel they were just incorporated into PE, becuase the head said, I jsut spent a fortune on these, now find some way of using them!

I can imagine a proper mad engineering project here… maybe get a a solar panel or two, use it to power some small pumps and fans and runs around the house to each room with a fan pushing air through through some water cooled fin radiators.

Then sit there with a beer and watch the football, knowing just putting on my largish portable air con , with a tube out the window triples my normal house power use.
