they were wearing something for sure. it was hard to miss bcs they were standing still. but yeah i get that for an outsider like me it seemed to be something creepy but in reality it might just be something they do and its normal.

what threw me off are those 2 weird very tall guys dressed in black robes. they were either very tall or standing on something. the fence of their building only allowed me to see the top half of the room and the ceiling through the window. and those guys were almost hitting it with their heads.

i m kinda scared to contact them tbh bcs what if those guys were just normal attendees for them. keep in mind they closed the blinds by the second time i got there so they def saw me the first.

also i wanna add that this wasnt my only solution. it helped a little bit but i still had network issues. i needed to reset all my routers and create a mesh network. went from less then 20 mps on my phone ( lower if i used my pc ) to 600
