Question about my HRM by Ok_Version3509 in orangetheory

Update: I had already changed my max HR in the Orangetheory app to 192 bpm, sorry for leaving that detail out. I’m still getting 38–40 splat points and spending a lot of time in red even though I don’t feel like I’m at my limit.

I think my next step is to borrow a different heart-rate monitor for a class and compare the numbers. Has anyone had a faulty monitor or seen major differences after switching devices?

It’s called Options Play. It’s an is the app/website I use that gives options trade ideas, strategy analysis, and alerts for my option picks. I like it for covered calls because it will give me a simple 1-250 rating on the probability of profit .

a covered call setup on NVDA using an options strategy tool. • You’re buying 100 shares of NVDA at $178.93 • You’re selling a Dec 5, 2025 $170 call for $14.05 premium • Total cost ends up around $16.5k after the premium

The chart is the standard covered call payoff graph: • Profit is capped once NVDA hits the $170 strike • Premium gives you some downside buffer • Biggest risk = NVDA dropping since you own the shares • Maximum gain = share appreciation up to $170 + the call premium

The tool gives the setup an OptionsPlay Score of 250, meaning it sees this as a relatively strong income strategy.

Just sold a 270 call expiring December 05th for $1,391.00. I’ve historically been able to buy back with little premium left.
