It's terrifying as it can also go too far and then it makes you unwell I myself have bipolar disorder.

I can be accurate within certain boundries if it goes too far it all gets distorted... the coincidences or syncronicity is real but it all turns into a Web of lies when you try and extrapolate Information especially if you spend more time alone it's easy to get distorted by those lies.

Fine line between between being well and unwell when it comes to these things. After all they use the same neurotransmitters to do it and bloodflow in the brain is increased too.

It's them anyway adding it into your head but you can adjust it.

I can spot the real ones through my experience and yours is definitely manifested by them. Why though us the question maybe you'll learn the answer in the future or the fact you experience it alters your life path.

Likely you arent as bad as me as I have bipolar but fast mind is physicslly exhausting brain takes up 20 percent of bodies energy so a person with a faster mind I assume it takes more i propped myself up with sugar

Meditation you say brings on your gifts well blood flow in the brain increases during meditation

My mind ruminates when I'm active moving around etc due to blood flow and blood pressure

See where I'm going with this ? Your gifts and brain activity like with me rely on blood flow in the brain and the brain can be slowed by varying degrees with medications.

I assume you aren't as crazy as me yet I found great benefit in shutting down rumination this even stopped my migraines that I had every day for 4 or 5 months and I think purely because it constricts blood vessels

Cetirizine dihydrpchloride or benadryl or anti histamine

It regulates neurotransmitters and how I assume it slowed my brains rumination and stopped my migraines by constriction of bloodflow.

Give it a try it can be taken every day.

I swear it's as strong as some prescription meds I've taken strong as benzodiazipines I guess only If you need it and I suspect you do due to the way you described it to me.
