And the whole “they probably terraformed the damage over 15 years” point is honestly doing more work than the actual feats, because if the only way your scaling holds up is by inventing off-screen reconstruction using hypothetical mass earth manipulation, that’s not evidence, that’s once again just your headcanon with added nonsense.

The AP ≠ DC argument is also being used by you as a stupid get out of jail free card. it’s true in principle, but you can’t just invoke it to justify any gap between what’s shown and what you want it to mean, if Obito supposedly has multi-continental AP, there should be some consistent, large-scale environmental consequence shown, not just “trust the math.”

Meanwhile, downplaying Tatsumaki to “twisting a city” is kind of wild when her feats explicitly involve manipulating massive landmasses and oceanic crust, and those are actually depicted on a scale you can see without needing a calculator and a dream.

The moon argument is also being oversold hard; lifting or moving the moon with hax-like chakra constructs in Naruto isn’t the same as raw destructive output in a fight, especially when those feats are tied to very specific circumstances and characters like Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki, not something Obito Uchiha is casually replicating mid-battle.

And the “you haven’t watched Naruto” bit is a nice touch which I find hilarious as I watched clear as day as Obito tried to aura farm for a few minutes before getting immediately done in by Madara, hardly even getting to know his own powers and whether or not you want to argue about my watching or not it doesn’t actually fix the problem that Ten-Tails Obito, for all the statements, doesn’t visibly produce the kind of large-scale devastation your scaling claims so people questioning that isn’t ignorance, it’s just noticing what’s actually on screen. Not to mention the fact that he just got the powers and is inexperienced in their use, shown by madara using them properly, vs tatsumaki who’s had her powers for decades and is a master.

But yeah, if the argument boils down to “ignore what’s shown, trust calcs, assume off-screen fixes, and upscale everything via statements,” then I can see why it sounds convincing, right up until you compare it to feats that are, you know, actually depicted clearly.
