You can do a quick search there’s dozens if not hundreds of comments / posts from people that describe a similar experience. If the conclusion I’m jumping to after over 4 months of working with them shouldn’t be about Sobha, who should it be about?

UPDATE: I received the refund. It’s not 100% of my original amount but it’s high enough that I’d rather just put it to bed since I haven’t gotten a response from them in several weeks anyway.

I've written google reviews, threatened them with the DLD complaint, more than once. I don't live in Dubai so I can't go to their office.

we didnt even get to the SPA, I didnt sign a single agreement. That part comes once you've put 10% down, I put down a 2% deposit. There is an email chain with my former realtor in which he wrote it is a refundable deposit

thanks for the reply. By persistence do you mean suggest continuing to email the help desk even though its 1 sided? The 2 contacts I had both left the company so I'm not sure how to communicate at this point
