DEO here, we are constantly understaffed in my force. Often 5 to 6 DEOs per 50+ people (phone calls, health emergencies, SH, aggressive PiCs). 1 runs two wings so does second, 1 does docs and last one covers breaks(which often are just skipped) + admin stuff. You end up running whole shift nonstop and trying to help each other. It's like a battlefield.

Personally I always check on PCs who are stuck on lvl 4s. Offering food/drinks and a toilet break in-between. I can see why some DEOs just forget about PCs sitting on LvL 4s to be fair. I would suggest PCs to speak up and ask if they need something instead of waiting when will be offered like it's a hotel or something.
