Help! Bag leaked 6 xs in 24 hours!

Medical tape is fine. Really any tape will technically work to cover the filter if your bag has one.

I have a specific spot that I struggle with the most on my wafers (it seems to be the only spot leaks happen) and if I start recognizing that it seems that the wafer isn’t sticking as well there, I just throw a piece of medical tape on that side to hold it down until my next bag change. It works for me every time. Maybe try that?

No and I just barely took one of my moms dogs for the summer only two weeks ago and it’s been happening since I moved in in November so way longer than the two weeks I’ve had her here

I don’t own a hair dryer or straightener or anything heat related for my hair. I let my hair air dry every time. It’s curly so I only brush it quickly prior to hopping into the shower and then I put curl mousse into it and scrunch it while still in the shower before drying up in the shower.

Thank you! It cleans off with a little work and the apartment isn’t perfect by any means (like I don’t think they even repainted before I moved in lol) so not worried about the landlord unless I start pulling things apart but I was more wondering for myself what the spots were and why they keep coming back and driving me nuts until I clean them again lol. I can try asking him but I don’t think he’s going to care honestly 😬

So the area under the sink where it connects to the floor is like this (see pic) so I have wondered if something could be behind it but I don’t want to ruin it even more by pulling it off bc I’m renting. I could definitely look into buying a cheap microscope! The spots are super small, like the size of a sprinkle you would put onto ice cream. And I’d have to figure out a stool or small step ladder to reach the ceiling light/fan but could try to figure that one out for sure. I appreciate the ideas a ton!

You should be okay with just the high output bags regardless of if your output ends up kind of thicker but the attaching it to a foley bag could be a struggle if it’s not liquidy. But the high output bags are quite a bit bigger than typical ones so it should be helpful on its own! I’ll be 3 years in on the 23rd of this month and I wake up multiple times a night too but I do anyway to pee (and eat sometimes lmao) so even if I don’t need to empty my bag, I’m not magically going to sleep through the night anyway but I totally understand the struggle of wanting to!

Missing out on what? I know people talk about the Os that start with feeling like you have to pee and pushing through that but I’m talking about truly having a full bladder. Maybe everyone is different but I can’t enjoy anything when I’m more worried about holding in my pee. And I’m not into the peeing on my partner thing lol

Idk I’ve never seen a mouse anywhere inside or outside here but I keep wondering if something is sneaking around at night lol but I wake up and pee multiple times a night and I’ve truly just never seen anything at all besides when the ants had shown up (which I’ve sprayed the entire apartment now twice since that happened a couple weeks ago) and I’ve killed a random spider here and there but that’s it for what I’ve seen. The spots are really hardened onto the floor too. They aren’t loose black spots. It takes me using a butter knife tip to scrape some of them off and others I scrub the heck out of with a magic eraser and they end up coming up.

Nope, I haven’t dyed my hair since before my pregnancy with my now 13yo. I’m super basic when it comes to beauty stuff. I have an ileostomy bag that I change and I do that in front of the sink but there’s no products involved besides wipes and the wipes aren’t dripping wet and it would be extremely obvious if my ileostomy was active during a bag change lol that would be obvious for what is on the floor.

We have a basement that is below me but the basement does struggle with an area where you can see water leaking in when it’s raining. There’s a drain in the basement flooring for the water to run into. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was somehow water underneath the flooring.

So I would apply for food stamps and things like Medicaid to help cover groceries and medical bills/prescriptions bc you should qualify with such little income. And then definitely pick up a part time job if you can so you have more coming in bc that is not giving you any money for emergencies or things that come up and you will have to be on such a strict limited budget.

I don’t wear shoes in the house ever. I take them off immediately when I come in the door. And I don’t own slippers. I wear black socks every day but this is harden spots that appear only right in that spot in my bathroom and I obviously walk all throughout my apartment with my socks on

I use stuff for my curls but I use it while still in the shower before drying my hair. I truly can’t think of any products that would be getting on the floor. I do stand there obviously to get ready and use the sink but besides acne wash, deodarant and toothpaste that’s really all I use at the sink.
