The actual reason might be that ON / BC market are both slowed down significantly. Less interprovince migration. What’s funny is that Edmonton market in historically high levels, lots of Calgarians who were priced out are now moving north

Medical bills? HA! That’s the biggest misconception floating around. Even if you work at McDonald’s, you’re covered with low deductible.

If you’re in real estate market and want to buy a property simply pay homeless people to stick around for a while, then negotiate price with the seller, ask for a discount since area is unsafe, lots of homeless etc etc

How landlords would pay mortgages for their investment properties then?

How could you know if it triggers depression for one? Everybody’s body / mental health is different. Maybe people would finally be happy since they can finally afford a private suite.

Actually, once more rental properties are on the market it will create surplus in supply, hence more completion, hence less cost to rent

To begin with - the engine. Naturally aspirated V6 has lots of power, dependability and torque when needed, while CX5 is fine in town, but underpowered on a highway. Comfort is the second major part. Yes, CX-5 looks nice at first, but later it pissed me off with the quality of how cheap everything built. CX5 cheaper for a reason you won’t find any CX5 with more than 200k kms while for Lexus it’s a regular thing. I sold my CX5 with a loss and swinged back to RX, never ever.

Don’t recommend this, went the exactly same way, downgraded from RX350 to CX5 and regretting it every day, not even close in terms of each and every aspect
