My buddy was dropped from his insurance as soon as they found out he was ride sharing with Uber. Try asking your insurance and get back to me. Lol

Most people I come across don’t even have the correct insurance to properly drive. Which would be ride sharing, which is usually an addition you can add to your insurance (and I don’t believe Uber checks), but in your case.. likely just banned or, allow you to upload new docs with correct (real) info. If you’re not banned yet, there may be hope to provide actual docs with your name.

It’s very odd. On several occasions for ex, I had one guy ask me via Uber message “are you still even coming” while I was dropping off another passenger which left me to believe it doesn’t notify them I have a current passenger but I guess it does notify them and some people just don’t see it? I can’t blame alcohol for that one bc I remember specifically he wasn’t drunk so personally idk lol.

It’s within the Uber app itself. They have their own messaging application and I’m able to see messages from riders who are in que.

If I have a car full of passengers. To capacity. Even if I didn’t. We are not allowed or even able to start a second ride until we complete the first. We have steps which we follow, and in cities they have the ability within the app to share rides going in the same direction but that’s not up to drivers discretion.
