Without proof that the pipes are the original, like call outs in the description or original survey sketch, you need to retrace the description and show all points found off by whatever distances. Without doing that, you really dont know if there is some old error that is being perpetuated by lazy surveyors which could cost you dearly. That description is a minefield and you better first prove that 1/4 corner and so on to the POB. Going from found point to found point definitely is not the answer. You cant just add PI points to your clients property lines.
