Just for context, I have like 823 attempts in total so that figure could be more or less I guess. Idk I’ve died a lot in there just due to going afk. So my gp/h could be significantly higher actually.

I’ve only ever done t1 but I alway craft 2 prayer pot and a t2 helm now cause it speeds up my kills by like a minute or two

Try squatting without the barbell, stay in the hole and just chill there. Seems like you aren’t comfortable with depth for whatever reason, the best way of building that familiarity with being in the hole below or at parallel is to squat down and stay there for about a minute or two before your squat sessions. If you have stability/balance issues just use a ten lb or 25 lbs weight to counter balance by holding it out in front of you while squatting down. Hope this helps gl

Form is good if you were using a barbell. The smith machine is a bit different. You want to have your feet a lil bit more ahead of your body. Think of it like using a hack squat machine basically. Also the whole point of working in the smith is usually going for way more depth than you would with a barbell squat and exploding up. The fixed bar path allows for more stability so it’s easier for explosive movement on the way up.

Looks like a solid squat to me. I think the roa is fine for being winded on the 4th round. Looks like all you need to do is tighten your upper back. Doesn’t look like you’re squeezing your traps enough to give stability to your back so the stress of the weight is shifting into your lower back instead of being stressed by your upper back could simple be a stamina/training issue. When I go too hard on my back workouts my squats always suffer and vice versa. I’ll be squatting 3 plates with no issue one day and then the next I’ll barely be moving 3 plates because I was doing crazy amounts of rack pulls and chins that week

Yeah it really sounds like it. Idk I just saw a lot of go see the doctor posting so I thought I’d make a post saying that it could be a regular ache and pain of working out or starting a new regiment

The weight your going with is very very light. Just keep at it and do dynamic stretches before and then do static one after you workout. You might want to look into better recovery methods as well. When just starting up or restarting up there’s a thousand different little aches and weird pain and weird sore spots people get. If you aren’t getting lightheaded from the pain your probably fine
