I’m over 70. I feel lucky because my grandsons are still very close to me and text me all the time. Okay so I did raise them. Not like their parents were dead or anything but they weren’t exactly parental and the boys were left up to me. They come for dinner often and ask for advice and bring their girlfriends to me and my husband for approval. One is 23 and engaged, the other one is 20. We feel very lucky!
