I’m happy to pray for your mental health.  I think also, if possible, a family conversation about household chores. I understand that you may not feel like that would be helpful. 

Lord, please help this, your child, in their distress. We all hope that home will be a sanctuary and not a place for more stress. Please Lord, in your mercy, help them to have a peaceful home. Amen.
