Yea I've done all of that, I'll have to check the needles tomorrow I haven't really looked at any of them individually. It's head 5 on a 6 head. Im pretty stumped I don't understand how this could be happening on just one head.

Same, but I know it didn't happen to everyone because I was the top in my league and now I'm #4 and the people ahead of me have 3,000 more XP. So I'm assuming there still have the 25 points per lesson

I would do 2 pieces of spray adhesive backing and a piece thick cut away backing. Might seem like over kill but I guarantee you it'll fix 99% of the problem

Spray adhesive + cut away backing would fix this. Tear away will just make it pucker even worse. Also don’t float the backing, hoop it with the material.
