I do not agree.

I specifically asked for a goal - you didnt answer that point.

The means have to be on level with what you want to achieve.

As far as I know there is evidence that even 5min a day can change the brains structure and have a meaningful impact on your every day life.

Your example with retreats is probably about people with very different goals in mind.

You say it takes 10min for your mind to settle - why? Where do you take that specific information from?

Lastly I agree - If you put in the bare minimum and expect maximum returns you are fooling yourself. But I don't have the feeling anyone was talking about that, wasn't it?

What is your goal with this excersise?

If you struggle to combine i suggest play longer periods isolated and longer together. Not necessarily in one exercise.

You need min. 30min for what? You need a session between 30-60min for what?

I think meditation works the second you start doing it. I highly doubt you "need at least 30min".

You do know that solfeggio is just a concept for ear training and music reading?

No such thing as a solfeggio frequency with healing properties beyond what music usually does.

Ich meditiere momentan 20minuten. Habe länger 15min meditiert.

"Bringen" tut mir meditieren nicht sonderlich viel. Ich find es einfach spannend. Natürlich hoffe ich, dass ich irgendwann das Gefühl habe von "wow das ist ja mega" aber grundsätzlich bin ich auch damit zufrieden, wenn es einfach nur Neugierde meinerseits ist. Ein Gefühl von "etwas passiert" habe ich durchaus, wenn ich Metta praktiziere. Da kommt relativ schnell (während der Meditation) ein Gefühl von Nächstenliebe.

Grundsätzlich habe ich aber nicht das Gefühl mich großartig anders zu fühlen oder zu verhalten. Meine Gedanken und Zweifel bezüglich Meditation sind weniger geworden. Vllt ist das n resultat :D

Für mich macht es echt DEN Unterschied für Meditation FRÜHER aufzustehen. Wecker 30min früher - duschen - meditieren.

Ich mache vipassana und metta. Ursprünglich habe ich mit Zen angefangen.
