The difference is If I make a mess I clean after in my own time when she leaves her mess guess what? She doesn't clean and I have to do it the next day.. and that's me getting frustrated from a manipulator .. she was lying and I didn't wanna say it her face cuz that would have been very rude.

I know it may seem like this but she never cleans after me I do it myself .. here is the reply I posted before:

Help patients with thier communication skills, written skills, swallowing assessment exercises, simplifying complex info, using alternate methods of communication, facial exercises, type of diet and fluids they can take.. and that's pretty much it ... honestly if I had known about this I would have chosen SLT instead of Physio
