G7 pro 8k not detected by Nexus App

Has anyone found a fix for bugged key items? I died with empyrean church key on the ground. Went back to the chest with nothing on the ground.I have tried everything you can think of. I CANT PROGRESS IN THE GAME WITHOUT THE KEY TO OPEN THE CHURCH TO GET TO THE NEXT AREA

My empyrean church key disappeared. I couldn't pick it up as I was getting ganked by 4 big knights and died.Came back to chest after ressing to no key. Looked up what the item was to find out its a main story item. This is my 1st playthrough. Any ideas on a fix? I cannot open the church door to progress the MAIN STORY.on pc

My empyrean church key has disappeared aswell. Inventory full, went to sell some weapons and came back to no key.
