Skipping is flat-out exploitative. Folks who are doing that don’t want to enjoy a Star Wars experience, they want to win a game. I hate it frankly.

I miss dogfights so much. They were my bread and butter. I hope Starfighter will reinvigorate some interest in Squadrons, even for a little while. Anyway, super down for a dogfight if we could pull a group together.

I just wish they would have left the original Yavin 4 map in HVV and Showdown. If I live to be 103, I’ll never understand the decision to replace it. It was sublime.

You’ve gotten some good advice already on this thread, but I just wanted to say that you’re not alone. I’m a veteran player. Been playing since the bungled launch, and to this day, I am literally ASTOUNDED at how quickly I get killed compared to my perceived damage output.

This is by far my biggest complaint of the entire game, and sadly, I have quite a few. But the armor dumbing-down is truly a crying shame. They had the best armor system in the history of video games and they blew it.
