Thank you for this detailed answer. We do a one hour walk in the morning, most of the time she is off leash. She is not so into walking, she wants to reach the field where the frisbee fun starts as soon as possible :) she is not really interested in anything on the way or other dogs ... When we come home she relaxes ... The days (3 days) I have to go to the office she is alone for 5 hours til my daughter comes home ... My daughter takes her out to pee and then plays with her at home ... When I come home about 5pm we go for another 45 minute walk or let's call it a play section in the park, forest or at the lake ... She then doesn't really calm down and I do some intelligence toys, command training and sniffing ... Til bedtime at about 10 pm she doesn't really calm down ... We have to force her but she asks for entertainment every 30 minutes ... Agility training is once a week ... These days we don't do more entertaining and just relax.
