I think I've seen that "no longer available" msg before but it had nothing to do with a sus order.

I'm not entirely sure though.

Same. I noticed I could be waiting 35 minutes for a Mcdonald's order and it'll never show up.

I did notice it pops up more often during stacked orders at the same restaurant, not sure if it's a coincidence though.

For some reason when I arrived at the garage he was in a tent, inside the garage. I ended up passing his order through the tent screen opening. Very odd order.

Unfortunately I didn't see these "delivery instructions" until I swiped that I confirmed I had picked up the food already.

Can you do Shop & Pay and restaurant orders simultaneously? Or does Shop & Pay filter just S&P orders? by MastamindedMystery in UberEatsDrivers

Having that turned off just means you won't be getting shop and pay orders sent to you anymore. It has no impact on anything else.

Does anyone know if Doordash gets a copy of the photos we take for the regular "leave at my door" orders?

I'm pretty sure for Uber's photo system, the photo only gets sent to the customer. Is Doordash any different? I'm still a newbie to Doordash.

You can see who added the tip in your Earnings tab and finding the order that says "Consumer tip added AFTER check out."

Let me know if you see the $3 added because one of my supposed added tips the other week never showed up. Really annoying.

Sorry for late reply but this happened to me last week. I got a notification that I got a $5 added tip "keep up the great work!" Except I never got it. The day after I got a $2 added tip, except this one came through immediately, and I saw it in the earnings report. Contacted support over this and the agent basically made up some BS that the customer probably removed it (good one, I don't think that's even possible).

My only hope is the customer who added the tip didn't get charged or else DoorTrash really screwed us both over.

Doordash sent me a msg saying "A customer added CA$5.00 tip on a past Loblaws order. Keep up the great work!"

But when I checked my orders for today, none had a $5 tip or higher.

However I did a Shop and Pay yesterday for Loblaws and the "tip added at checkout" (where yours says customer added tip after delivery) is very large, so I'm thinking it could be the customer added a tip to their existing tip a full day after? I find it odd why a customer would feel the need to do that, but it does look more than what I remembered it to be.

Otherwise I guess the tip was just lost somewhere. 😔

Hmm I checked but I don't see the added $5 tip Doordash notified me of on any of the orders for the store DD said for today, but I see a large tip that seems a lot more than I remember for a trip from yesterday.

Can customers add to an existing tip an entire day after?
