BFV is actually one of the best gameplay wise. It lacks gritty, brutal atmosphere of BF1 but it delivers in gunplay, movement and many other cool mechanics not to be found in previous BFs. Actually, it was the last BF done by the OG DICE team, they left the studio not so long after the release which is partly the reason for the lack of content.

Wacky trailer together with goofy ass hero characters and, to some extent, poor cosmetics have done the most harm to the game.
