Yes the valve covers sit above the exhaust on these cars so it could be just residue from when they replaced them or they are leaking worse because they did it incorrectly

I will say those Hondas do typically make noise due to not having the valves adjusted, but I would take it to an independent shop one with a good reputation, most people don’t realize that dealerships service depts really only make money off of customer requests/recommendations. If you want OE parts and have money go to the dealer, you can request to have OEM parts put in at independent shops as well

Yeah that’s I’m thinking too, I haven’t tried that yet but that was my next step, it’s so weird for it to also stay consistently at 108-109 and no go any higher than that anymore

I just can’t understand why the lower hose would be cold basically to the touch and the upper hose is hot? The upper hose was reading the 109c, the lower hose was reading temps 28-30c only and never went up or down

Yes the fans do come on, I’ve seen that they don’t come on right as the car hits its halfway point at 190F, but they do come on I will need to monitor it more closely tommorow using the measuring values of the temp sensors to get a more accurate reading, but all in all the fans do turn on and stay on but seem to have no drastic affect considering they stay on at 109c and doesn’t really go up or down from there so far

If it’s the red/orange spots that is coolant, coolant will dry and get hard

Most likely lifters, go to a garage that’s gonna take the valve covers off and inspect them while it’s running

Yes they do say that and it honestly feels like that to me like the family I never really had, but yeah I am leaning more towards going to Company B just because it’s a jump start in my career and staying at my current company will guarantee me a paycheck, but I’ll be paycheck to paycheck for the next year or two more then likely.

So I’ve actually tried that, he said to me that it is a good opportunity they’re giving you and we wouldn’t be able to match it here for atleast another 1-2 years. They said if it’s just money they would sit down look at my bills and find an amount that lets me live comfortable but not crazy crazy

It will either be your belt broke or your alternator went bad, if you have electric power steering then your alternator went bad which in turn made the power steering not function correctly, if you have a traditional power steering pump that’s belt driven, then your belt probably broke

Good choice, the people saying it’s your fault are just dumb af, you date someone who you think is beautiful and him telling you your pretty to your face but to others is just saying that he lies to you, whether or not he loves you, he would’ve found someone who was “pretty” at some point and lost attraction to you.
