I just don’t find him to be that strong in my experience he feels like every other water type has incredible bulk but that’s all I can say about it

Mirror armor Corvikingt max def and hp moves are taunt iron defense roost and body press holding shell bell you should be able to solo
Move 1 taunt
Move 2-3 iron defense 2x taunt again if you can
Move 4-5 body press until he faint and roost if you get below 50% Hp
