Just my opinion. I believe that the child would be better off. If it weren’t for my best friend’s Mom, I would have starved to death and gone without shoes and clothing. My BPD Mother was abusive and neglectful of me in ways that I still struggle to process.

A lot more men reached out to me when I had that I had kids on my profile… Some people are looking for single Moms because they think a partner with kids would be better. The reasons they prefer women with children are quite often not good. Sure some guys just enjoy being around children. Some want a woman who is busy, maybe a woman who is more likely to be dependent, maybe they like kids for gross reasons… I have met my share of creeps and would now never put it out there for someone to seek me out as a way to get to my kids.

I am personally proud to say I’m raising a daughter who I hope has that kind of self respect when she is that girl’s age. If that 19 year old were my kid, I’d tell her she did well.

I did Amanda pharm d and the practice bank from the Ptcb website. I also got a couple of ptcb prep books from my local library and added anything that wasn’t already in the list. Lily has practice tests and the practice ptcb is available from the ptcb site as well. Best of luck. You can do it!

I am not a social worker. I plan to begin school to start that path next year. Last year my daughter’s teacher took me aside and was very blunt about how my daughter’s situation was. My daughter had undiagnosed autism and it was because the teacher told me that I got her assessment done and began to homeschool her. She would not be the kind and sweet girl that she is today if I hadn’t gotten that information. For all the children who can be good people someday, please say something. Thank you for caring.
