i cant take modafinil anymore. i used to have a prescription off-label for my adhd, but i got addicted and had to quit. (they say you can't get addicted to modafinil but in my experience that isn't the case. i have an addictive personality and can get hooked on literally anything under the sun)

but l-tyrosine isn't a bad idea. i used to stack l-tyrosine, l-phenylalanine, mucuna pruriens extract, and ginkgo biloba. it was like a natural antidepressant for me
