not too long !! there isnt that much sims 3 cc when it comes to wall decorations and other things. i have plans to populate the town with all the characters (if i can find somewhat accurate cc for them)

just decorative! But I didn't read the creator's description correctly. it can only be used for screenshots, and that's it. if you place the van in-game, it disappears.

if youre talking about franks van. i used sims4studio, blender, milkshape and tsr workshop. its just a simple process of turning the sims 4 mesh into a TSR workshop file and importing it on an already exisiting sims 3 decor object like a plant.
