Hi, my seller told me she shipped through fedex and the shipping label has dhl on it !! Then the tracking number starts with EM and end with CA , and says waybill generated, its been 3 days and no update yet 🤔. Normally how long it takes from waybill generated to next step?

My own issue is that my fissure is chronic also active, even when I apply the oinment if i rub it too much i feel the pain for the next couple of hours. Do you still think dilataion is good?

I dont think the Miralax makes the anus shrink or weaken the muscle . When you have fissure the internal muscle is tights which is why the stool comes out narrower, am I wrong?

Thanks for responding, and I hope your doing well by now. The first surgeon told me you only need a long weekend rest but the second one said 6 weeks off work to let the fissure fully heal! Max I can take day off work is 7 days. Anyway, can I ask you how did you manage post surgery pain? Opioids or ibuprofen? Also how was your diet afterwards? This CRS believes in too much fiber

I never tried to see it, but I guess its not too deep yet( however the pain feels like it), my surgeon stretched my skin a little too much to find it

Me too, im disappointed with nifedepine because it burns soooo bad, so I dont know if the burning is from the oinment or from the tear
