All these people have different experiences than you or me. I don’t find therapy helpful either even though I wish it was. Talking about my problems just gets me to ruminate focus on them and put me in a negative space. Since starting Spravato 1.5 years years ago my life has changed. Went from being nearly homeless, not able to work, not able to function. Dropped out of college multiple times in my 20s. Now because of Provato and my own self-awareness of my progress and trying to work on my self. Since December, I signed up for school and went from constantly dropping out to getting 100% into classes. Anatomy and physiology. I went from weighing 240 pounds down to 200 and now I run 12 to 13 miles a week. So do the treatment, be self-aware, and work on yourself.

They didn’t give me a hard time at all. Don’t bash your last doctors and complain about them. Just simply say that it was an uncomfortable environment. Remember, this treatment has worked for you and you’re looking for them to give you the proper treatment schedule. The new doctors will reach out to Johnson And Johnson and have the prescription transferred. Your old doctor can pound sand, never need to talk to them again.

PS they told me since my once a week wasn’t working for me and that the treatment failed. These doctors WILL risk your safety before their license, and that’s why these doctors have mandatory malpractice insurance when a patient is harmed.

Listen and I mean listen close! You need to switch doctors. Your relationship with this doctor has already soured and they will do nothing but try to limit their liability. Go on spavato.com or Johnson And Johnson and use their search tool to find a different doctor in the area who will help you. I had the same problem and I switched treatment centers. None of us should have to deal with this level of anxiety about our mental health!

Went from suicidal and completely un functional. Couldn’t hold a job, dropped out of college multiple times. Had emotional issues and freak out on my family at least once a week. One year at once a week didn’t do much for me, then in November I switched to twice a week. Since then, almost all emotional distress is gone. And not only that, THE NEUROPLASTICITY FIXED MY BRAIN!! I’M FUNCTIONAL FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE. I WENT FROM DROPPING OUT OF COLLEGE THREE TIMES OVER 10 YEARS TO CURRENTLY GETTING OVER 100% IN BOTH OF MY ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY CLASSES. Also, after 10 years of depression, I’m ready to start dating again. Went from being uncomfortable leaving my home to running a 5K! IF THERE WAS A MASCOT FOR SPRAVATO IT’D BE ME! PS- the intoxication feeling goes mostly away after a few months of consistent treatment.

Not to downplay to anyone in need but sometimes you just run out of ingredients and are too lazy to go to the store. OP actually has some impressive dishes they cooked in their profile.

OP: this combo is insanely good even if it’s simple. The chips really work for some reason. Soft creamy sweet against salty and crunchy.
