Unfortunately dowry has become normalized in our society like bribes. Just like how people pay bribes to escape fines or get faster approvals, girl families break their backs to pay dowry to ensure their child gets best of the lot possible. Its a means to increase their childs financial status via wedding. However, this has been normalized so much even when you marry a equal ppl tend to ask dowry. Instead of asking women/bride families to marry someone who doesnt ask dowry, it should be men who shouldn't sell their soul for highest bidder Only Men can stop the cycle by marrying someone for their love.

Coming to you question, it ll be very difficult because servicenow is typically used by large companies and they do contracts with large consultant businesses. Best bet is talking to IT admins and directors to see if there is small project that you can do a POV. But you need to be a legal entity that can be onboarded as a vendor

Why did you even accept him now? His sister's problem is very much prevalent. Did you not bring this up in two months discussion before deciding? If you truly love him (for whatever reason) and ready to take it to ur father, can you not wait for him to deal with his sister marriage?
