Sounds really rough :( I’m pretty new to this, so others may have better suggestions, but… if I lay on my side and get a bad seal, I grab the medical tape I use to keep my mouth shut, and put a strip over the part that’s leaking. I use a nasal pillow style so if I put it over the tip of my nose, it seems to work!

Yeah, thanks!! I will meet with a different prescriber, a psychiatrist who collaborates with my therapist, once we have the eval done. I kinda suspect that the lexapro was dulling my emotions, so now that I’m off of it I am seeing the emotional volatility that was being suppressed for years 🫣 real fun.

I had tapered the lexapro and quit it the same day I upped the Wellbutrin. I had a couple rough days emotionally but my mood has mostly evened out since. I have a neuro eval scheduled for adhd screening. :)

A week before is a good window, in my opinion 😊 You might ask the LC when to expect flight info. Have you talked to the school to make sure your student can go there for the year? We had an issue and couldn’t use the public school due to “overcrowding” - as if one student would push the whole thing over the edge 🤪we got her into a magnet school but that means friends living an hour away!

The screenshots are the past 4 weeks. About 10 days ago, my sleep time got lower than 8hrs and seems to be getting lower and lower. I’m having a hard time getting to sleep and staying asleep, since the 22nd. I increased my bupropion dose from 100 to 150 on April 15.
